The engagement

The service is the product.

We design, configure, deliver, and maintain each Aeneas One for one client at a time; there's no standard box waiting in a warehouse.

One client at a time

The engagement, start to finish.

I.

Assess

We learn who'll use the system, where it has to work, what already exists, and which dependencies worry you.

II.

Design

One brief that specifies computing, sources, maps, records, storage, networking, power, and redundancy, with scope and price fixed before we build.

III.

Configure

We build the library, set up encryption, verify backups, and burn in each component on our own bench.

IV.

Commission

Delivery happens in person. We ingest private records locally, train the household, then disconnect the internet and the wall power and run the test.

V.

Maintain

Aeneas Assurance covers updates, drive health, battery capacity, security, replacement planning, and next year's drill.

Private by design

Client data stays under client control.

I.

Local ingestion

Sensitive files go onto the system at delivery, in the client's home, and nowhere else.

II.

Client-owned keys

Passwords, recovery material, and exports belong to the client alone.

III.

Open formats

The archive reads without our software; any competent technician can service it.

IV.

Portable system

Replace the computer, move the drives, or leave us entirely; the system doesn't care.

Pricing

Priced to qualify, scoped to fit.

Private assessment and design$2,500, credited toward purchase
Aeneas OneFrom $25,000
A typical configured system$30,000 to $40,000
Aeneas Assurance$3,000 to $6,000 per year

We scope travel, communications equipment, duplicate systems, and specialist trades separately.

Scope

Accountability doesn't subcontract.

One firm answers for the whole system; where the law requires a licensed trade, we bring one in and stay responsible for the result. We don't practice medicine, install mains electrical, provide security services, or guarantee outcomes.
